Stripping of Enameled copper wire 

 

The Wire Stripper blades material is artificial diamond with  high wear resistance and is adjustable to ensure

 the consistency and uniformity of stripping.

 

A thin layer of enamel can be removed from a magnet wire without damaging the copper.

 The result is a neatly stripped copper wire. Turn off the machine and the stripper will stop

 automatically ready for the next working.

 

The Principle of the Wire Stripper

 

It works at low voltage (long durability ,electrically harmless ) and is connected to the CNC Automatic 

Coil Winding Machine or other machine which can offer 5000rpm/min.Three pieces of hardened 

diamond material blades of the stripper from a funnel ,these will close the wire from the largest to the

 smallest diameter,

 

as the rotary speed increases the magnet wire is feed between the 

blades to the required depth ,the start button is pushed and the 

stripper slowly drawn away from the wire .
